Managed to find a better angle today. Quite a bit to look at on here. Hoardings with placards celebrating Aston's prowess in producing employable graduates and doing research with impact. Behind these a heap of rubble which was a bunch of the worst sort of student residences from the 1970s which were blown up recently (I'll put the link on when I can find it). A fairly funky piece of public art, and in the distance one of Birmingham's fine Victorian buildings. All set against another grey sky.
