Lost in translation... again

Maybe someone might find it gross, but it was too much fitting as conclusion to a shitty week to let it go...

Chinese pragmatism and simplification attitude coupled with a very bad knowledge of English has produced the sign you see; a more accurate translation of "chang dao men zhen" would have said "clinic for gastro-intestinal disease", but who cares... no embellishment needed.. straight to the the core of the matter!
