So, yesterday the doctor doubled my anti-depressant dosage to 200mg and signed me off work for a fortnight. Apparently admitting to having suicidal thoughts is taken quite seriously and if I have any more they may get the mental health team involved for extra support.

I went out for a bit tonight to say goodbye to two of my best friends who are moving back to Essex. I am so lucky to be able to call them my friends. Thanks to technology making the world a smaller place I know we'll stay in touch, but it's still heartbreaking to say goodbye, even if only for a little while until they visit or I go up to pester them.
