this week has been a killer...work is enough to drive me insane...twice this week two people were out on the same day, effectively dropping our team from five people to three. one of those three is our sr.tech and does always work in the queue. wednesday and today were both equally hellish, however we dealt w/ the situation leaps and bounds better today than we did on wednesday...i'm exhausted...

tomorrow will be a blast...and i can't wait...
