lucky?

Despite being legal to buy lottery tickets since 1997 I was ID'd for this lucky dip today!!! I acknowledge that I might look around 25 and heck I wish I was 25 but sadly no I'm in the last few months of my 20s and currently in the process of trying to arrange a trip to Rome so I can be out of the country when the big 30 strikes!!
