Tortilla de Patatas y Cebolla

I've made a typical Spanish potato and onion omelette before, but this is the first one that actually looks like the real thing and didn't fall apart when turned over. It's been a busy day today, so dinner doubles as blip and straight from the iphone. We won't eat all of this in one sitting!
