The medical staff get an A+ for service and courtesy (especially since everyone knows each other or a friend or relative). But what about the actual expertise? Well, it is up to city standards and the waiting time is much shorter: one can actually get an MRI or a Cat_Scan in a matter of weeks, not 6 or 8 months.
