White Basket Fungi ( Ileodictyon cibarius)

Out helping someone set up their new computer and there were a few of these growing on the front lawn, White Basket Fungi ( Ileodictyon cibarius). Have seen them around before however this is the fist time that I have photographed them.
Interesting looking growths, almost like a paper construction.
