This evening I went to the launch for the White Ribbon Campaign's "It starts with you, it stays with him" program. They've rolled out all kinds of gender equality educational materials across the province, plus a youtube channel. I went tonight because they included digital stories from the media workshop I co-facilitated last autumn. I was so honoured to work with those guys.

The event was at the Spoke Club, which hooo sweet. All kinds of neat people mixing it up in there. They had some dude from the CBC, and the head of the Teachers' union. I saw lots of people I recognized from the Ryerson conference. Anyway, I have to ask them who they invited and why. Amazing to consider the different kinds of people and their interests in gender equality education. Giving me food for thought.

I left about 6:45pm and shot this on the way to the Spadina streetcar. Man, I love the this time of year.
