Slaverin' Beastie!

One of the Spouts on the Ross Fountain, Princes Street Gardens, Edinburgh.

The water is turned off at the moment but the wind was blowing the odd drop of water through the spout, hence the drops falling from the spout's mouth looking like it was slavering.

Fierce!
