Strawberry

I'm going to take the bold step of declaring that summer is here. All the right boxes have been ticked: the football season's ended (boooo), the airwaves are full of tennis and cricket (boooo), the sun's making way for brief yet torrential spurts of rain every couple of hours (boooo), and people are trying to persuade me to eat salad against my will (boooo).

And of course, there are strawberries. The silver lining to all of summer's inevitable clouds.
