Blipmeet in Buttermere!

Ros, Chloe and I met Hilary, Photofabulous! for coffee in Buttermere this morning. It was great to meet a fellow blipper on holiday in The Lakes! We showed her the Chloe book, and then we did the 2 hour walk around Buttermere in sunshine and showers!

Chloe enjoyed her swims!

Haystacks stands unabashed and unashamed in the midst of a circle of much loftier fells, like a shaggy terrier in the company of foxhounds, some of them known internationally, but not one of this distinguished group of mountains around Ennerdale and Buttermere can show a greater variety and a more fascinating arrangement of interesting features. For a man trying to get a persistent worry out of his mind, the top of Haystacks is a wonderful cure! A.Wainwright.
