Sacrificed

A little break, a trip down into the Borders with SJ for a night away just outside of Peebles, the scenery was superb, the hotel delightful and the food was really something to savour.

We took a walk in the grounds and in an ancient walled garden came across a lawn chess set, it was too good an opportunity to pass up and so it was snapped. It was something that seemed to sum up my situation somehow...
