Labour of Love!
Kaz went off to work early this morning and Spence was meant to have swimming this morning but we had to cancel. My sister Shell and her baby Ella were in Warragul hospital last night and today because Ella was dehydrated, not keeping anything down and not weeing so had to be put on a drip. Then Shell needed a drip as well because she started vomiting in the middle of the night! They think it was gastro as Shell had it too. Ella looked pretty good when I went in, she was smiling and laughing for me. I had a hold and chatted to Shell for a while. I took some photos and video of Ella while I was there but they got wiped when I took my phone in to get fixed!
Shell asked me to bring her in some things for herself and nappies and clothes for Ella and we weren't sure if it was gastro that they had or if what Spence had the other day was contagious so we decided that Spence wouldn't come. I dropped him off with our friend Margie and I went in to see them. They stayed in hospital for the day but were allowed home this afternoon which is good!
Spence and I had lunch and then drove in to Chadstone so that I could take my iPhone to the Apple store as it wasn't working. Kaz met us there from work so that she could take Spence home and I would go to work from there. I took my phone in and the guy gave me a brand new phone as a replacement, put my Sim card in and it still didn't work! He said that it must be a problem with the Sim and that I could keep the brand new phone anyway! I took it down to the Optus store and got a new Sim and it is working now!! I haven't been able to connect to iTunes yet to restore all my stuff but at least I can now call and text and people can contact me!!
At work now and one of the guys here, Brett, brought in his old car that he has spent 4 1/2 years restoring! It is a 1966 HR Holden Ute that used to be cream and he has spray painted black and completely restored inside and out to this immaculate condition that you see here! We spent a while out in the engine bay beside the fire truck taking photos from all different angles then came inside and I hdr'd some of them and just saved others for Brett. Here is Brett's favourite!
