save power?

This is one of the biggest super markets near where I live. It's 10 am... bright sunlight and all their outdoor lights are on. I have noticed this multiple times. Told the parking warden today to inform someone to shut them off.

I have noticed this bad habit here in New Zealand... I've done it in multiple places and at multiple times. People here don't seem to care power and what impact it has on the environment.

I guess we all being humans only learn the hard way.
