Crabapples

Yummy, autumn means crabapple jelly.

I wanted an outdoorsy, countryish blip tonight seeing I'm off to Wellington for a few days tomorrow and will be blipping citified photos. So I deliberately left work in daylight and went for a drive out one of our valleys. Found lots of cows, barns, trees, paddocks and mountains, but in the end this photo I took this morning on the way to work (in the half dark - which is why the flash had to be used) was my choice for the day.

I guess it is more countryish than I'm likely to take in central Wellington, though I'm looking forward to the opportunity to take some urban photos.
