Don't take life too seriously...

Hmmmm.... today started off well, work was good and the cold is disappearing. Had a lil disco nap after work which was also good.

Then... fat club didn't go well. I was raging. I'd expected to lose something, not put it on. While I sat listening to the talky bit, I went back over the week's food and realised I probably hadn't been as good as I'd thought. I've still been naughtier and lost weight, but I guess it catches up. Still left me feeling kinda meh, but determined that next week will be a bumper weight-loss!

Playing with lights again, and got fed up of all the serious/moody poses. Technically not the best pic I've ever taken (that truncated hand at the edge of the frame is getting on my thrupnies) but it seemed wrong to try to re-stage the spontaneity... this is as it was, so how it's staying!

I may later update some of the moody ones to flickr.
