Condemned...
After my pilot light blowing out everyday in -17 temperatures...takin me three hours to re light it ...my boiler finally been taken to boiler heaven ...just in time for the summer...typical!!
As always nothing goes straightforward an the plumber drilled a hole an knocked my water tank in my bathroom an it started weeping with water ...didn't understand the ins an outs of it but basically he rescued most of the water but a tiny part of it appeared on the ceiling underneath. I then saw a tiny puddle of water which I mopped up ...couldn't work out where it had come from but it was still there.
My issue is most of it has now dried out on my ceiling an no more has leaked through but I now have a tiny crack that I didn't have this morning....its like a thick pencil line .....the plumber is comin back tomorrow...what do I do ?,...do I just leave it or do I say I'm not happy leaving it like that ??....
......one side is probably that nothing will ever happen from the little crack in my ceiling
....opposite side is do I leave this when I should expect a job to be done properly ..... in case of any further water leaks in the future there is already a crack there which was done by a professional
Need your advise please !
