Macaw ...

We paid a visit today to Ouwehands Zoo in Rhenen, situated in the eastern part of The Netherlands.

The weather was beautiful and most of the animals were outside. I could make some lovely pictures. Pictures of animals (of course :) or in my way, parts of animals.

One photo has, I think, some humor. There was a terrible racket in the huge cage full of these bright coloured birds ... One macaw however didn't shriek ... was completely silent and I captured him/her in this pose ... with a big smile ... see what I mean? ...:)
