Le Louvre

We started the day with a visit to the Louvre with the intention of staying there as long as needed. After 2 solid hours of looking at paintings, including fighting with asians to get close to the Mona Lisa, we had enough. If you look at the oicture carefully you will see the lineup to get in. At the time we arrived, this line was 2 hour long. But if you go to the far left in the picture to a door called La Porte aux Lions, you will get in in about 2 minutes flat.

Then we went to the Hotel des Invalides, l'École Militaire and finished the day with another picnic on the Champs de Mars, under the beautifully lit Eiffel Tower.
