Blowin' in the Wind

I don't know where it's coming from but it is howling a ferocious gale outside. One sizeable chunk has been broken off one of the birches in the back garden and standing up straight to take a shot is a problem, let alone holding the bloomin' camera steady. Nothing for it but to squat down low for a chat with the bothered pansies which are swaying to and fro. The Alliums are taking a right royal thumping and I now have three of them in a vase, all smashed to the ground. Might even blip them tomorrow. Poor you.
Mr. Obama flew in this morning in teeming rain as well as the wind. He promised us that the sun was on its way. Well that bit seems to have worked but apparently he hasn't perfected his wind dance.
