window box in teh wind

anxiously watching my wee plants being hammered by high wind, tried to capture it experimenting with slow shutter speeds. not a great job of capturing the movement - a bit of a novice in this area.
Oh yes and it is rubbish morning (as in collection but also applies to weather), so bags are strewn about as well.
