This close-up of a King Volture or "painted Volture" (Rey Zamuro in Spanish) was taken very early this morning in a sunday walk in "Parque del Este", Caracas.

It's a bird typical from South America.

It's dress-up like the folks in Plaza Altamira in yesterday's picture.
