A one time only kind of stroll

Now the fact that I didn't get home this morning until after 2am didn't stop me from joining my brother and dad to walk the 14km stretch (7km each way) of the M74 extension. There were 'elite' runners, fun runners, cyclists and folk like us out for a stroll!

Hopefully that will be the slowest I will ever go on that stretch of road!

OK - so my feet now ache and I'm sure that the other muscles used will be screaming at me tomorrow! I guess that's my cue to crawl to bed!
