these jeans have been tight to the point of unbearable for a long time - now they are on the loose side.
this white shirt has been tight to the point of unwearable for a long time - now it fits comfortably.
it's amazing what eating less for a few months can do!

also, it was really nice to have comments about my weightloss being visible - i knew my clothes were fitting better and the scales said i was lighter, but to have other people notice it means it's more real, somehow. also, getting compliments is so alien to me it was wonderful! thanks N, you know just the right thing to say sometimes :-)
