The Avid 5 Aside Team

I was playing five aside football today at the Broadcast Fives in Mill Hill London. So this is a bit of a cheat as I didn't, obviously, take this shot.

It's a little scary but I'm double the age of some of the players!
It was a great day by we were all tired and aching by the end of the day.

We made it to the semi-finals of the 'Plate' competition.
