This statue of Tommy Cooper lives in Caerphilly town centre and is a tribute to the late great comic genius who was born in the town in 1921.

On another note, it was Dad's birthday today. 64 whole years old. I didn't get to see him until late this evening but we'll take him out for a meal tomorrow.
