Yoga anatomy today
I am changing the neuromuscular patterns in my body, sometimes the patterns of Ashtanga yoga collide with my existing patterns and it hurts or at least it's uncomfortable. Need to keep practising to strengthen the new patterns (just like the thinking skills I spend so many hours talking about).
I also learned about trigger points - check out the website - definitely worth a play about with!
