Gav from yesterdays blip completed the Bob Graham Round in an impressive time of 21 hours and 40 minutes. the weather for the last 6 hours was horrible, high winds and driving rain. Brilliant.

Todays blip is Brougham Castle that I run past when I do a 6 mile timed road run.
