Another trip around the house this morning (The neighbours are going to think we are scoping the place out)

It's looking a lot tidier in the garden now - we let Jake run riot in what will become his new playground.

Today we are going to a "Duck Race" Greg is very hopeful that we will win - I however am more sceptical.
