116 Crown

Today was the first day of the IWG running clinic. I mapped out an easy 2 mile run for my co-workers and as soon at the work clock was off, we went around the neighborhood. Once we were done just over 20 minutes later, Maysa, Fred and I went out to 116 Crown for New Haven Restaurant Week. I enjoyed my preset menu as the others enjoyed a picnic basket platter. I met an old childhood friend, Ross who works as a cook there so it was nice to catch up with him too.
