Off to a party

I've made this aubergine and tomato tart as a contribution to a Cercle Occitan lunch - usually a picnic in the vines, but for some reason the vineyard owner can't welcome us there today so we'll be in the salle des fêtes, the village hall. That's a pity on a beautiful day like today, but it will still be fun.
