Mother's Day Rose

This is the rose plant that I gave to my mother for Mother's Day. She's keeping it indoors for a little while and then she is going to plant it in the garden. I loved how the light glared in the shot when I snapped this! It gives it that added "mph!" It's nice to see some color instead of all this rainy cruddy weather we've been having lately. But it will get better. Always look on the bright side!
For editing, I gave the photo a cross process. I love that feature! I love how it gives the picture that not-quite-right color. I think it really added to the photograph! What do you think?
