The Gear

Last day of the week, and last day in the office until next Wednesday, understandably busy. Tidying up from the last trip, and planning for the next. All good.

And then out to a local observatory with Adams cub group. As luck wouldn't have it, the cloud came over right as we got there, however we managed to get a look at a few stars, thru "sucker holes". They sucker you into thinking they will stay.

Have to say, pretty geeky guys and one was clearly into photography. To be honest though, his shots were good, but they didn't say "wow" to me. I thought I was interested in this type of photography, but maybe not now. If he couldn?t capture great shots with his obvious knowledge and commitment, I'm not convinced I could.
