Rabbit, poor thing.

There's not much left of it, just some fur and skin. This was not there yesterday when I left work, but it could not have become like this so quickly, so I assume I was so preoccupied that I didn't notice it.

It's either been knocked down by a passing car or bus, then scavenged by crows or been caught and eaten by a fox.
