Foiled again

Was walking from the office down to Granton Square, saw this great looking wall - Check around and not a person in sight, thought to myself "I'm having this wall".

Tried to get it, didn't budge - Then I noticed some clever person had padlocked the wall in place... I'm going back tomorrow night with a pair of heavy duty bolt cutters
