It Didn't Take My Advice

I tried to give some advice to the Poppy's on Monday and while most took that advice two didn't and this is what the result was!

Petals for no more than 48 hours and then blown away. The rest will need to hang on for about another 72 hours. In fact I'm holding this one steady by the stem with one hand and camera with the other because of the wind.

(Still can't quite get the depth of field right with the macro lens)
