This one facing drivers going to downtown Portland tells us that avocados from California are here!

I once visited Carmel, California, a small resort south of San Francisco where Clint Eastwood was mayor from 1986-88. At that time, large signs and billboards were not allowed within its city limits. I don't know if that is still the case.
