Rendevous

This blurry photo will always make me smile.

The night before the big event white lightnin, and the lovely T agreed to meet up for dinner. It was a howling gale, persisting down, and half the places were closed due to Easter.

But this lovely Thai place was open and we had a good time deciphering the menu. Most of the dishes were rated on a three-chilly scale. Except the "Chicken hot hot" which had a special 6 chilly rating.

Pretty sure we cleared the restaurant with some particularly steamy stories.

One down side to this night was my starter selection - it was mostly curried banana. Not good.

The high point though was the collection of sand in the howling gale for the following day's festivities. It was harsh conditions, so I lent White Lightning a hand.
