Nawiliwili Light

This is a view of the Lighthouse at Nawiliwili, on the Island of Kauai. There is a very narrow channel and a tiny harbor, almost too small for a 1000 foot long Cruise Liner. The lighthouse is on a point of land that also features a waterfall and a golf course. The golf course is very lush because the Island receives 350-400 inches of rain annually.

Weather can be strange. A nearby island only about 20 miles to the West only receives 10-15 inches of rain per year.

We spent a day and a half just loafing at Nawiliwili. We needed a rest after all the touring on the other islands.
