Poisoned chalice

A quick parade around the garden and lawns small area of mossy grass and flowerbeds and I found that the recent rains had kicked everything off. The weeds are doing particularly well. I am, admittedly, a wee bit excited about a poppy I planted a couple of years ago that is going to erupt dramatically any day.

I then went on to take another look at my broken bike and seem to have found more of a brain than I had the other night. Fingers crossed it is fixed. Fingers crossed also that I will have cured my hands of resembling some greasy mechanic's by the end of the month. Oil oil everywhere, particularly on my clothes. And face.
