posy of pickings

I spied these when scratching around for something to blip tonight - a wild posy from Sienna's and my walk yesterday. I have to admit I was amazed at the abundance of flowers that exist right out my front door.

We have managed to identify about six of the ten or so varieties so far. Please 'excuse' me for my lack of knowledge - I grew up with flowers called Kowhai and Pohutukawa which I can assure you are definitely not growing in my front garden!
