A Wirral jaunt today. Warrington had a number of brewers when I was a lad. My Uncle worked for Walkers as a drayman and then as a checker on the bay. The brewery was demolished and is now the Warrington Wolves Stadium (Haliwell Jones is the sponsor). Brewing moved to Carlsburg in Leeds.
