St. Elian's Church

This is the church, in Llanelian, where our daughter was married in 1999. It is believed to have been founded in the 6th. Century by St. Elian. It was restored in 1859 and 1903.
The White Lion Inn has stood next to the Church for several centuries. Local records mention the church elders visiting the alehouse next door in AD722! It is a Grade 2 Listed building and may date from the same year as the church - 1527.
