Vesuvius

We got to the top of Vesuvius!

The main eruption was in AD 79 when Pompeii and Hurculanium were buried.

The last eruption was in 1944. There are evacuation plans in place for 70,000 people for the next time that it goes up! ( Possibly quite soon! )

It was really windy on the top!
