Stormy St Clair

We went out to St Clair for a look at the ocean. There have been some mighty big waves lately and we thought there might be in line for a really funny blip. We waited and waited for a decent wave but nothing came along until the sun had pretty much disappeared. Not long after we decided to leave a great big wave came over here and soaked the bloke that had been standing there, they say timing is everything and that you have to be patient. I will never learn....

It got me thinking...........

Why, when everybody can see that the waves are huge and coming up on to the Esplanade, would you step forward into an area that would find you getting a good drenching and more so why wouldnt you come and tell me first????
