This is actually a Ape cake or pancake Jakarta which is the typical snacks from Jakarta. The shape resembles a pancake. Because of its shape, people also call it a cake breast. Cake commonly sold on the street or in front of the school is made from wheat flour mixed with milk. Currently sold with a variety of colors and sprinkles on top (cheese or meses).
