Pork pie for Lunch...

While prowling around for food in the village where I work my eye was caught by the sign outside the Butcher's proclaiming fresh handmade Pork Pies. It's not often you get really good Pork Pies and this seemed too good an opportunity to miss.

The pie turned out to be delicious with superb, firm but moist, pastry encasing a high quality moist filling... Add a dollop of Colmans (it would be wrong to use anything else) and you have the perfect combination.... Yum :-)
