Rooftop view

Day 1 of a 2-day safety auditing course at work. At least it's a wee break from the lab!

We were split into groups and spent some time shadowing experienced auditors - ours took us up onto the roof to speak with some contractors who were doing some re-sheeting work up there. So here's the view from the roof of Longannet power station. Well, one of them anyway. This view looks towards Kincardine.

It was so much more fun climbing up and down steel-runged ladders in boiler suits and hard hats, and shouting at each others through hefty ear defenders than sitting staring at at 20 million spreadsheets on a computer screen.

Back down to earth with a bump now...
