Very windy today so had to find something that wasn't going to blow around! Was dull earlier and I thought the rain was going to limit possibilities so I took a couple of insurance shots in between various errands. On my way home there was a heavy shower but then the sun came out and in the garden I found this large snail, with the shell colours accentuated by the wet, crawling (or whatever snails do) toward a wind-blown petal - and it proceeded to crawl right across it.
